TUITION
Tuition for programs beginning January 2023 is due in advance and will be charged as a one-time cost.

Tuition is non-refundable up-front fee and remains the same regardless of holidays or absences. Make-up classes are not available at this time.
Tuition payments must be made on the French Toast Theatre website at time of registration. A $25 fee will be incurred for any returned form of payment.

*NEW*
All fees and costume charges must be paid in order for a student to partake in the end of session production. If you are having financial difficulties, please contact Miss Madeline directly.

Tuition does not include the cost of shoes, dancewear, costumes, or end of session production tickets. These items will be an additional cost to the parents.
REGISTRATION
*NEW* BEGINNING JUNE 2023
Registration Fee (annually) - $25 per student; $50 family maximum.
MID-SESSION START POLICY
Tuition pricing will be pro-rated for students who join class mid-session.
Students may benefit from extra, private sessions to catch up with the rest of the class in order to participate in the end of session production.
While there may be exceptions, generally we will not accept new students for production participation after March 1st. After that date, instructor permission is required before allowing new students into class. Request to join mid-session.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance is crucial to the success of a student's training as well as the quality of the end-of-session production for each student and their family.

Absences and tardiness can not only be disruptive to students and instructors, but it can make students more prone to injury. If a student is consistently missing classes, they may be deemed ineligible to perform in the end-of-session production, per the discretion of the instructor.

Our programs rely on each member of the team, so if your student is injured, we still encourage them to attend and participate in classes - instructors can assist with finding ways to keep your student engaged and involved.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The safety and security of our students, families, and instructors are our number one priority.
French Toast Performing Arts typically follows Peninsula School District when determining potential class cancellations due to inclement weather. Though this is usually the case, there have been times when roads have cleared for after-school programs. Notification of any changes to class schedules due to inclement weather will be sent via email. There will be no refunds due to weather cancellations, but instructors and staff will do their best to schedule make-up sessions.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION & POLICIES
*NEW*
A $50 fee per student is due each session to participate in the end-of-session production.
This fee helps lower production costs and includes, but is not limited to:
Theater rental, tech crew, staff payroll, program fees, staging fees, props, and all the additional help needed to put on a memorable event.

Costumes may be required for classes performing in end-of-session productions. We work hard to keep costume prices reasonable, even working with theatre students to create their own when possible. Costume fees run anywhere from $65-$90 plus tax. Production costumes are at the participant's expense and are NON-REFUNDABLE - this is due to costume companies' firm rule of allowing no returns.
Costumes may not be taken home unless paid for and the account balance is current.
Participation in the end-of-session ballet recital is optional.

Fees you can expect if participating in end-of-session productions include but are not limited to: Production fees, costume fees, tickets, and flowers (optional).
